Jennifer Clickner
Director/Trainer

Jennifer Clickner is a broadcast journalist and trainer who has worked in communications for over two decades, first as a senior broadcaster on the BBC World Service affiliate in Geneva and now as a leadership and communication trainer specialised in strategic communication and public speaking. She has coached UN delegates, NATO representatives, diplomats, ministry of defense and foreign policy advisors from over 40 countries, as well as communication professionals from various NGOs and the commercial sector (Procter & Gamble, Novonordisk…) She also regularly trains for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Alliance courses in Geneva and Bern.

Jennifer’s skill in assessing presentation skills and helping clients deal successfully with being in the spotlight is enhanced by her theatre work in London, where she trained with the renowned founder of Movement Psychology, Yat Malmgren. She has also performed an extensive range of voiceovers for documentaries and commercials for clients such as Tissot, Nespresso, Hublot, Procter and Gamble, Benetton, Hugo Boss, Swiss Television and the UN among others. 

Her mastery of vocal techniques and speaking with impact combined with years of experience broadcasting live provide clients with a unique range of skills to enhance their presence and effectiveness and when presenting, speaking in public or to the media. For the past decade, Jennifer has trained in Strategic Communication in Leadership at the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP), is on the Master’s faculty of the Geneva School of Diplomacy (GSD), and gives communications seminars in Executive Skills Enhancement at various business schools (HEG, SAWI…)


Yasmin Lemercier
Director/Trainer

Yasmin Lemercier has enjoyed a 15-year career in negotiation at Procter & Gamble. Yasmin was one of the first executives to join Brand Building Purchases in Geneva to drive value in P&G’s multi-million marketing spend.

She was fundamental in establishing Marketing Alliances, and negotiating global strategic long-term alliances between brands such as Pampers and UNICEF. Yasmin led and implemented global sourcing strategies for in-store marketing services and has negotiated numerous music deals, celebrity endorsements and licensing properties.

Within her direct purchases career she led sourcing for the Baby Care division. This resulted in multi-million dollar savings, brand innovations, and strong relationships with strategic global suppliers.


Marcus Berry
Trainer

Marcus Berry has worked in various forms of the media for more than 20 years covering print, radio, TV, social media and digital formats as well as communications and consultancy.

His experience includes stints as a communications officer for the United Nations and, as a reporter, presenter, editor-in-chief and general manager for a BBC-affiliate radio. He was later hired as product manager and editor-in-chief for Edipresse Publications.

More recently Marcus qualified as an Advanced Social Media Strategist at the University of Syracuse (US) and gained certification in the Sandler Sales System.

He has trained hundreds of leading officials at various organisations and companies, including the United Nations, and holds popular business communications lectures at Geneva University. He has appeared as a spokesperson on CNN, Sky News, Capital Radio and Swiss television.

Jens Luedecke has over 10 years experience in Strategic Purchases and Project Management with Procter & Gamble.

As Managing Partner at Hofmann Automobil GmbH Mercedes Benz, he managed to turn a loss-making business into a profitable one with year-on-year positive growth.

He is currently consulting turn-around strategies for mid-sized companies as well as Interim Management in particular for Strategic Purchases for numerous global customers.

Jens has extensive experience in training and coaching officials and executives from a wide range of global corporate organisations. He has been focusing on negotiation skills and developing their strategic purchases capabilities.
