Jennifer Clickner is a broadcast journalist who has worked in communications for two decades. As a media trainer specialised in strategic communications, she has coached UN delegates, NATO representatives, diplomats, ministry of defence and foreign policy advisors, as well as communication professionals from various NGOs and in the commercial sector.
Jennifer worked for many years as a senior broadcaster on the BBC World Service affiliate in Geneva. Her articles have been published in the UK and Switzerland.
Her skill in assessing presentation skills and helping clients deal successfully with being in the spotlight is enhanced by her theatre work in London, where she trained with the renowned founder of Movement Psychology, Yat Malmgren.
She has also performed an extensive range of voiceovers for documentaries and commercials. Clients include Swiss and US television, Tissot, Procter and Gamble, Benetton, Hugo Boss, and the UN.
Jennifer also lectures in cross-cultural communications at Webster University.
Yasmin Lemercier has enjoyed a 15-year career in negotiation at Procter & Gamble. Yasmin was one of the first executives to join Brand Building Purchases in Geneva to drive value in P&G’s multi-million marketing spend.
She was fundamental in establishing Marketing Alliances, and negotiating global strategic long-term alliances between brands such as Pampers and UNICEF.
Yasmin led and implemented global sourcing strategies for in-store marketing services and has negotiated numerous music deals, celebrity endorsements and licensing properties.
Within her direct purchases career she led sourcing for the Baby Care division. This resulted in multi-million dollar savings, brand innovations, and strong relationships with strategic global suppliers.
Marcus Berry has worked in various forms of the media for more than 20 years covering print, radio, TV, social media and digital formats as well as communications and consultancy.
His experience includes stints as a communications officer for the United Nations.
He was also a reporter, presenter, editor-in-chief and general manager for a BBC-affiliate Radio. And product manager and editor-in-chief for Edipresse Publications.
He has appeared as a spokesperson on CNN, Sky News, Capital Radio and Swiss television.
More recently Marcus was trained at the University of Syracuse (US) in all aspects of social media and also gained certification in the Sandler Sales System.
He was initially trained at a city newspaper by Harvey Morris (International Herald Tribune, Financial Times, Bloomberg) and Charles Fletcher MBE (Sky News), and then by the BBC and UN.
Caroline Blackwell is a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) marketing professional who has worked at senior marketing management level within small businesses and the major global knowledge and communications company: Informa plc.
She has an extensive background in publishing, advertising, design, print and media.
Caroline is trained in web design and has created sites and blogs with on-line marketing facilities.
She works as a marketing consultant advising companies on their on-line marketing strategy and presence using websites, blogs and social media and how to successfully integrate the relevant social media platforms and blogging into their marketing strategy, including utilising social media as a tool for marketing intelligence.
Jens Luedecke has over 10 years experience in Strategic Purchases and Project Management with Procter & Gamble.
As Managing Partner at Hofmann Automobil GmbH Mercedes Benz, he managed to turn a loss-making business into a profitable one with year-on-year positive growth.
He is currently consulting turn-around strategies for mid sized companies as well as Interim Management in particular for Strategic Purchases for numerous global customers.
